Shipping

All orders are shipped out from Calgary, AB.

Canada & USA Orders

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.50 and free for orders over $300. For Canadian orders standard shipping typically takes 3-9 business days after order processing. For US orders standard shipping typically takes 4-8 business days after order processing. Also, please note for US orders under 800 USD no duties are charged. 

Express shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the package weight and destination. 

International Orders

International shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the package weight and destination. 

Please note that Nicole & Rose is not responsible for any applicable duty fees, which may arise upon accepting your shipment. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon delivery.

Returns

We hope you love your Nicole & Rose purchase(s)! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your item(s) being delivered to request an exchange, store credit or refund. 

Return Eligibility 

All items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed to be eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund. Nicole & Rose reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on any items that are not in new condition and have been worn, washed or altered.

Currently we only accept exchanges and refunds within Canada and the US at this time. International orders are considered final sale. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All sale and sample sale items can be returned for store credit only. 

Returning an Item

Email us at hello@nicoleandrose.com with your order number and please allow us 2 business days to respond to your request. Once approved, we will email you instructions for the exchange or return. The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 4 days of our email response.

In an effort to reduce waste, please return your item(s) in the mailer you received your order in.

Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping at this time. 

Refunds

Once we have received your order and it complies with our return policy, you will be refunded using the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item(s). The costs of shipping are non-refundable.
